I can not recommend this tour more highly - it was a wonderful experience... any one traveling to The Napa Valley & interested in cooking would want to have this experience.

Dear carol,
It's been a month and we're still talking about your great olive tour. It was a major highlight of our trip to the california wine country.  Aside from the beautiful scenery, all of the information we gleaned and the superb olive oils we tasted, we especially enjoyed visiting the places themselves. Each was different and noteworthy in its own right and the hosts at each place were delightful.
Bob and I really had a fun day with you and we felt as if we had known you for years. I discovered your tour two weeks before our trip and after doing several months of research.  What a find for us. I'm hoping to return with other family members to recreate that tour. Thanks so much for the wonderful and memorable day.

I loved every minute of the "Great Olive Tour". I cannot stop thinking about the wonderful time I had touring with you through 3 beautiful places in the Napa Valley experiencing something that literally transformed me. I felt as if I was in the south of France and in Tuscany  and, of course ,we were in the beautiful Napa Valley and St. Helena.
I loved meeting the people who showed us around Poplar Hill, Round Pond and Villa Mille Rose along with you.The grounds, the scenery, the vineyards, the olive orchards, the gardens, the flowers, the vegetables, the herbs, the animals were fantastic to see and I learned so very much.
Olive oil tasting was especially fun; I had not realized that it was such an art. I enjoyed eating the special cake that Rachel baked with Olive oil at Poplar Hill. It was so much fun tasting the various oils and vinegars at Round Pond and pairing them with different kinds of food. I was so very impressed with seeing the Italian frantoio and learning about how the olives are gathered by hand and then processed into olive oil. This experience could not have been more perfect!
We were blessed with a fabulous cool sunny day, I could not imagine a more perfect day. I have told many people about this wonderful experience and I encourage as many people to call you and book this extraordinary tour." A truly Yummy Day!!!" I cannot wait to do this again.

Dear Carol,
I feel compelled to tell someone how great your olive tour is, so I'll start with you. I'm still vibrating from the experience. I was expecting something enjoyable but had no idea that it would open such an interesting door to a fascinating and delicious
subject, and in such pleasurable and beautiful places It was the best half day (plus) I have spent in a long time. And what's more I've come home with new knowledge, a new interest and some great bottles of California's (the world's ) best olive oil.
When the word gets around you'll be swamped with people wanting to share the experience of the 'Great Olive Tour'.

Hi Carol,
We are back in Ohio now (we arrived Monday evening). I just wanted you to know that the Olive Tour was the favorite of all of my California experiences. You are a true joy, and we absolutely loved every estate that we visited. I have already used my olive oil and vinaigrette I purchased from Round Pond. I am quite sure I will be ordering some more real soon. Now that I have been introduced to "quality" oils and vinaigrette's, I am spoiled and don't want to go back to the store bought stuff!! Mom and I have been talking about the tour every since we got home.
Tell Rachel, Jill, Loy and Jeff thank you, and we loved every minute we spent with them.
